Databases and authentication services are operated by Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992.

The voice backend runs on a virtual private server (VPS) in France provided by OVHcloud (OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France). External AI services used during calls are separate from this hosting; their processing is described in the privacy policy.

The platform offers real-time voice agents and agents using Pipecat, orchestration software running on our backend. Pipecat connects separate speech-to-text (STT), conversational language model (LLM) and text-to-speech (TTS) services. Models, voices and tools depend on each agent’s configuration.

A Pipecat agent can hand the conversation to an associated agent belonging to the same business customer and later take over again. A change of voice does not mean that a human has joined. Automated responses and actions may contain errors; customers must adapt instructions, permitted tools and human oversight to their use case.

All content on the site (texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, source code) is the exclusive property of PILOTIA OOD or its partners and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation of the content, in whole or in part, by any means, without prior written authorization, is prohibited and constitutes infringement.

The site may contain hyperlinks to other websites. PILOTIA OOD exercises no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content or the consequences of accessing them.
